Malcolm Primrose, an employee of PT Blade Energy Indonesia, which is the contractor of PT Medco E&P Indonesia Block A PSC, has been released by the police on Thursday, 13 June at approximately 06:00 a.m. Malcolm was released from captivity in the surrounding area of the Alur Kol Village, Rantau Selamat District, East Aceh Regency and has safely returned to his family.

Malcolm Primrose has been working in several oil and gas companies in the Aceh region as a drilling expert since 1981 and has contributed greatly to oil and gas drilling activities in Aceh.
