South Natuna Sea Block B, Riau Islands

This block consists of 15 offshore platforms, 3 productive subsea fields, the Belanak facility, which houses one of the world’s most sophisticated floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) units. Gas from Block B is delivered to Singapore through the West Natuna Transportation System, where MedcoEnergi is the operator. This block also includes reservoirs suitable for carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS), highlighting its potential for supporting future sustainability efforts.
