Sustainability Report 2024: Energy for Growth

Our company’s 45-year journey has been driven by our people’s strength, dedication and consistent delivery of excellence. We have built a strong foundation of sustainability principles and made continued efforts to integrate them into our business.

We have intensified our efforts to develop partnerships and collaborations with various stakeholders to advance growth in sustainability. These collective efforts have enabled us to progress our climate actions, strengthen our human rights commitment, and deliver world-class safety performance. In 2024, we disclosed our assured Scope 3 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions to better understand the impacts across our value chain. We are also developing our Just Transition Plan, which is based on our standalone Human Rights Policy. We are also building more programmes throughout the organisation to broaden our understanding of sustainability and climate-related issues.

We are committed to delivering value by enhancing transparency, disclosures, and ESG leadership. We continue to implement our climate actions to support the transition to a lower-carbon energy mix to drive sustainable energy for growth.

This Sustainability Report details our achievements on the path towards sustainability and climate action over the past year. By continuously improving the quality of our sustainability disclosures, including an increased number of assured GRI Performance Indicators, we strive to maintain long-term relevance within the evolving energy landscape.
