Ijen Geothermal, East Java

Medco Cahaya Geothermal is developing the first phase of a 110 MW geothermal power plant in Ijen, East Java, with an initial capacity of 35 MW. This project includes constructing a 28 km transmission line to the Banyuwangi Substation. Utilizing advanced technology, the plant is set to supply clean, renewable energy to the region.
