BackFostering Inclusion in Chumphon Province, Thailand

In November 2022, MedcoEnergi demonstrated its commitment to social inclusion by opening a sensory room at the Chumphon Punyanukul School in Thailand. This school caters to students with special needs, including those with emotional, behavioral, and intellectual disabilities. The sensory room is designed to provide these students with a safe space for self-regulation through controlled sensory stimulation. This can improve their ability to manage their behavior and build confidence by fostering a sense of calm and comfort.

As of 2022, the project has successfully installed two sensory objects focused on promoting balance through visual and tactile stimulation. MedcoEnergi is actively exploring opportunities to expand the room's offerings with additional sensory equipment.
