BackSocial Facilities: Solar Powered Lighting

Social facilities are also a key focus for the Company, including street lighting. This program addresses the limited access to public lighting, particularly in islands that have not yet been reached by electricity services. Medco E&P introduced a breakthrough community-based alternative energy solution by providing Solar-Powered Street Lighting (PJUTS) for streets, ports, and places of worship. A total of 130 solar-powered streetlights and 45 battery units were handed over to villages in the Anambas and Natuna Islands Regencies. This program has benefited 13,933 residents across 23 villages.
