BackTeacher Competency: Innovative and Communicative

In the field of education, the Company places great emphasis on teacher capacity building through a three-day training program for 80 elementary and junior high school teachers in areas around the Rimau and Lematang Block, South Sumatra. This program was implemented with the following objectives:

• Enhancing teacher competence to deliver more effective education and learning to students.
• Providing teachers with pedagogical skills based on active, innovative, communicative, effective, and enjoyable learning methods.
